These terms govern the use of the Coffee Rain online shop and the conditions for purchasing freshly roasted coffee. This document is informational and requires final legal review before publication.
General provisions
The shop is operated by Coffee Rain, Orzechowa 4B, 30-422 Borek Fałęcki, Poland. Contact: orders.coffeerain@gmail.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Placing orders
Orders can be placed around the clock through the shop. After ordering you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. The sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation.
Prices and payments
All prices are shown in Polish złoty and include VAT. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider or on collection at the café.
Fulfilment and delivery
We roast in small batches and ship within a few business days of payment. Delivery methods and costs are described on the “Delivery” page.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with applicable law. The procedure is detailed on the “Returns” page.
Complaints
If a product is defective, contact us at orders.coffeerain@gmail.com. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
